Inline fuse holders are always used when fitting a solar system. Generally 3 are required to complete a solar system:
1 for the solar panel
1 for the battery connection
1 for the loads on the solar controller

This eLOG is a fantastic way to acquire information over time, it is connected to most of the EPEVER or TRACER solar controllers using a RS485 communication cable. So for example if your system is crashing for some unknown reason, if some appliances have stopped working, then it is time to figure out what is going on. After recording data for a couple of days, the logger can be removed from the vehicle and the data can be analysed to determine what is going on, are the solar panels producing what they should be? Is the battery storing what it should be? Are the appliances drawing more than they should be?

This MT50 display works using a RS485 communication bus to connect with the following solar controllers as shown in the images.
