The LANDSTAR B series is a PWM-type solar controller that adopts modern digital technology, with 3 stage charging: Bulk, Boost, and Float. The multiple load control modes enable these units to be used on solar systems that require automatic switching of loads, for example on a change of light i.e. from daytime to night time. Or set the timer so the lights come on at pre-set times. This makes these units perfect for systems running drive, or garden lighting. The controller can also be set with the loads on constant, for running on appliances that require power all the time, like electric fences or a 12/24 volt fridge

These units can be installed at our workshop in Silverdale. Please contact us for further information regarding installation costs. Tel: 09 4278247 Email: info@vantagerv.nz

  • System voltage 12/24 volt
  • Rated charge current 30A
  • Rated discharge current 30A
  • Common Positive
  • Max PV input voltage 50v
  • Max PV Input power for a: 12-volt system 350 watts / 24-volt system 700 watt
  • Dimension: 200mm x 100mm x 65mm (wxdxh)

Minimum Requirements

  • Recommended cable diameter for cables should be no more than 5mm2
  • The solar controllers should always be fitted in a dust-free, dry environment.
  • Always run loads from the load terminals on the right of the solar controller, unless the draw is greater than 20 Amp. That way you can always monitor how much energy you are generating and using
  • Always use external inline fuse holders
