This ceiling-controlled fan has three fan blade speeds. It fits the standard 14” x 14” opening and has a power lift dome with a manual override in case of emergency. It operates quietly and features a built-in thermostat, reversible airflow, an automatic "close" function (if the rain sensor gets wet), and a high-profile base.
